Who We Are

Marc Hirschfeld

Emmy Award winner Marc Hirschfeld, CSA served as Executive Vice President, Casting, NBC Universal Television, for almost a decade. During his tenure, he was responsible for overseeing casting for all NBC, Syfy, Bravo and USA Network scripted programs. As the senior talent executive, Hirschfeld was responsible for on air diversity for all scripted series and launched and spearheaded all talent diversity initiatives and programming.

Prior to NBC, Hirschfeld spent 12 years establishing Liberman/Hirschfeld Casting receiving multiple Emmy nominations for the NBC comedy series Seinfeld and won the Emmy for Outstanding Casting for a Miniseries for HBO’s From the Earth to the Moon. Hirschfeld has been recognized by his peers in the Casting Society of America with more than 46 nominations and eight Artios Award wins for outstanding achievements in comedy episodic, pilot, live specials and daytime casting. He became the recipient of the CSA’s highest honor, the Hoyt Bowers Award, in November 2007 in recognition of his body of work.

In addition to his current casting partnership with Geralyn Flood, Hirschfeld supervises all casting for AMC Networks, AMC+, Sundance and BBC America, putting together the ensemble for their hit series Killing Eve. Prior consulting stints include eOne Entertainment, Gaumont International Television, Fremantle International, Snap Originals, Content Superba and CMT.

Hirschfeld currently maintains offices and residences on both coasts, served as a member of the executive committee and advisory board of HBO’s US Comedy Arts Festival and is currently Co-Governor of the casting branch of the Television Academy.

Geralyn Flood

Geralyn Flood has worked on projects for ALL of the major networks in the industry: ABC, NBC, CBS, The CW, The WB, Freeform, Disney, Nickelodeon, etc. Previous TV credits include, Jeff Greenberg’s Assistant on “Frasier”, “According to Jim” and “I’m With Her”. During her 4 years at Zane/Pillsbury Casting, some highlights include Casting Director on the Disney pilot, “Good Luck Charlie”, as the Associate CD on the USA Network pilot, “White Collar” and “Gary Unmarried”, as well as countless other unseen pilots. She also cast solo all four seasons of the Nickelodeon show “Big Time Rush”. In addition to her TV credits, Geralyn has worked on indie and studio films including three Mark Waters features (with Marci Liroff)- as an Assistant on “Just Like Heaven”, Associate CD on “The Spiderwick Chronicles” and Co-Casting Director on “Ghosts of Girlfriends Past” starring Matthew McConaughey and Jennifer Garner.

Since 2014 she’s worked with Marc Hirschfeld where they’ve done 4 pilots for CBS (as Co-CD) the event series, “The Dovekeepers” (as Associate CD). They’ve also done the MTV pilot/series, “The Shannara Chronicles” and MTV, “Sweet/ Vicious” (both as Co-CD). She recently cast the Emmy nominated web series, “Her Story” – for which she also won an Artios Award. Marc and Geralyn officially partnered in 2017and have done many more pilots and 3 seasons of the CBS show “Man with a Plan” starring Matt LeBlanc as well the upcoming series, “That ’90s Show” for Netflix.
